Nehemiah 8:1-10
The Israelites displayed evidences of true revival at the
completion of the wall.
Christians will display evidences of true revival.
I want you to test yourself to see if you have the evidences of true revival.
1. HARMONY AMONG THE PEOPLE
"...the people gathered as one..."(8:1)
2. HUNGER FOR THE WORD
"...all the people were attentive to the book of the law..."(8:3)
3. HONOR FOR THE LORD
"...they bowed low and worshiped the Lord..."(8:6)
4. HATRED FOR SIN
"all the people were weeping when they heard..."(8:9)
5. HAPPINESS IN THE LORD
"...for the joy of the Lord is your strength..."(8:10)
